We Need Ongoing Support

FYB currently provides our clients with ongoing EDRMS Support and Maintenance via our FYB Service Desk Membership this incorporates two main focuses; TRIM® and Records Management. The membership program is designed to harbour a better records management environment and to ensure the optimal performance of TRIM® within an organisation. Clients are able to contact us at any time if they require assistance with managing their records or need help using TRIM®. Although support is ongoing, FYB also performs a proactive maintenance program on your TRIM® Database on a monthly basis.

The advantage of monthly maintenance for our clients is that FYB are able to establish how TRIM® is being used and what can be done to improve its use. Additionally, we also monitor the server environment to ensure TRIM® is operating to the standard required. All this information is packaged into a report and our clients are notified of any identified problems or improvements that can be made to TRIM®.
