The Legal Services team at University of Tasmania were looking for a system to help with simplifying the challenges they were facing with the management of legal matters information. These challenges included having to create manual folder structures, heavy use of e-mails and e-mail folders as well as having limited and cumbersome reporting.
Having worked with FYB since 2010 on various projects and becoming a member of FYB in 2011, The University of Tasmania engaged FYB to implement a Client / Legal Matters solution that worked seamlessly with HPE Content Manager.
Enter, the Electronic Legal Matter Organiser (ELMO)
The choice of the Client / Legal Matters solution was an easy one for the University, they could still use their current EDRMS HPE Content Manager. The solution was affectionately named the Electronic Legal Matter Organiser (ELMO).
