Records Management Strategies
The purpose of creating a Records Management Strategy is to provide your organisation with a strategy for introducing a document and records management program that is not only compliant with State, Australian and International Standards, but aims to improve the flow and retrieval of electronic and physical information throughout the organisation.
To achieve these aims we conduct a review of your organisation's current records management practices including any existing information management systems. This review provides us with a situational analysis of your organisation’s information, document and records management activities, and enables us to measure your compliance with current legislative obligations in accordance with international and Australian standards.
On completion of the review FYB will provide advice to your organisation and detail a strategy that will assist in making your organisation fully compliant, including if necessary recommendations for implementing an electronic information, document and records management system complete with timeframes and estimated costing.
