FYB offer a unique and total support service to its clients. Our service desk covers all levels of support for HP TRIM® including product faults, product bugs and how to use the TRIM® system. Apart from solving all your TRIM® issues our service desk can answer any of your records management questions to ensure your organisation is complying with legislative requirements.
Our dedicated service desk can be contacted either by phone or e-mail and where possible we will resolve your issue(s) or question at the first point of contact. However, if necessary your call will be routed to the best possible second level resource for resolution.

WANT TO KNOW WHAT SUPPORT COMES WITH THE HP ANNUAL MAINTENANCE FEE?
The HP Annual Maintenance fee paid by organisations when they purchase TRIM® licenses includes the provision of any software updates and patches which are released by HP for TRIM®. This maintenance fee also includes first level helpdesk services on product faults and software bugs.
The HP Annual Maintenance fee does not include the installation or configuration of software patches or updates, and first level helpdesk support does not include how to install the HP TRIM® Software or how to use the HP TRIM® Software.
