    - Customer Service Cases (CS)
    - Service Catalog Request Items (RITMs)
    - Incidents (INC)
    - Custom Types
  • Option to contain or alternatively contain attachments
  • Request metadata can be used for dynamic container searching
  • Ability to store REQs and RITMS in same hierarchy structure as shown in ServiceNow
  • Predefined custom containers can be created to house request on generation
  • Option to create versions or revisions of the main PDF request record
  • User specified criteria from REQs, CS, RITMs and INC can be inserted into a PDF document and attached to the corresponding request in ServiceNow

Prerequisites

  • Content Manager 10x, 10.1x, 23.x
  • Windows Server 2016 (IIS 10) or greater
  • Supports a 32bit or 64bit Content Manager client environment
  • Service2CM must be installed on a Content Manager workgroup server
  • ServiceNow OAuth Connected App Registry must be configured for Service2CM
  • .NET 7 SDK (x64) version 7.0.306 or greater must be installed on the hosting system
  • ASP.NET Core Runtime Hosting Bundle version 7.0.9 or greater must be installed on the hosting system

    - Microsoft Edge
