New Retention and Disposal Authority FA450 for NSW Councils and county councils

State Records NSW has just released a new Retention and Disposal Authority for NSW Councils and county councils, FA450.

This new Retention and Disposal Authority replaces the previous General Retention and Disposal Authority for local government records, GA39. Follow this link to view:

  • Mapping tables from GA39 to FA450
  • Other disposal authorities that local government can use
  • Implementation version (FA450 combined with other relevant disposal authorities)
  • Frequently asked questions (FAQs) including BCS and resentencing
